Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FitLife India independently. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with parent or lawful guardian consent and supervision.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current account information.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized account access or suspected misuse.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

Current tiers are Core (free), Premium (INR 499/month), and Elite (INR 699/month).

Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Pause and resume

Eligible paid subscriptions may be paused and resumed using in-app controls. Pause/resume availability and limits may vary by plan and promotional terms.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay using supported methods including UPI, cards, and netbanking.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with app security or availability.
• Upload harmful code or content that infringes rights of others.
• Share false medical claims, unsafe training content, or spam in community spaces.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, software, workouts, text, graphics, and AI-generated materials provided by FitLife India are owned by or licensed to Bharat Digital. Except for limited personal use, no content may be copied, distributed, or commercialized without permission.

7. Fitness and Medical Disclaimer

FitLife India provides fitness education and coaching support, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting or changing any fitness or diet program, especially if you have a medical condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharat Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, India will have jurisdiction for matters where court jurisdiction is required.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration will be Bangalore, India, and proceedings will be conducted in English.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be notified via app notice, website notice, or email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
