Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased for FitLife India services and is provided for payment partner compliance, including Razorpay production requirements.

1. Overview

FitLife India offers Core (free), Premium, and Elite plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly cycle unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from in-app billing settings. After cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No additional renewal charge will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase when the subscription has not been used. "Unused" generally means no meaningful paid-feature consumption (for example, no premium workouts, plans, or feature unlock usage).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Partially used or substantially consumed subscription periods.
  • Virtual currency, points, badges, or similar digital consumables where offered.
  • Requests submitted after the stated 7-day eligibility window.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit a request through either channel:

Please include your registered email/phone, transaction ID, payment date, and reason for the refund request.

6. Refund Timelines and Razorpay Processing

Approved refunds are initiated back to the original payment method. Standard processing time is 5-10 business days after approval.

Final credit timing depends on the payment partner, issuing bank, and payment rail. Razorpay may show the refund as processed earlier, while bank settlement can take additional time based on the payment method.
